Intake Appointment

Mandatory for all new clients

This is the initial therapy appointment. During this appointment, information is gathered regarding concerns, goals, psychiatric history, family history and interpersonal connections. Additionally, a plan for frequency of appointments will be created.

Individual Psychotherapy

$75 - $105
Adolescents/Young Adults/Middle Aged Adults

After the intake appointment, you will begin individual therapy sessions. Sessions can range from 30-45 minutes. Focus areas of therapy include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, communication difficulties, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions. Therapy will consist of a combination of talk based therapy and skill based therapy depending on your needs.

Insurance

Pease note, I am not able to accept community or state plans, such as NYSHIP, 1199SEIU, or any plans managed by Medicare or Medicaid.
