About Aliyah Mitchell, LMHC
Hi, I’m Aliyah. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Rochester, NY, and I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage what they’re going through. My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable opening up and begin to feel more in control. You don't have to navigate this alone.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills and create meaningful, lasting change.
